The School of Traditional Astrology (STA) Horary Practitioners Course is being run in the Australian timezone.

The course was written by leading astrologer, Deborah Houlding, who is the principal and founder of the STA. She maintains the Skyscript website, which continues to be an invaluable resource for astrologers worldwide.
